My office is located at 101 Morris Street, Suite 100, Sebastopol. At the corner of Highway 12 and Morris Street. Just across from the Barlow.
I am also available to make “house-calls” to your home or office in Sonoma County. my travel charges are $2.00 per mile, round-trip. Contact me for a quote.

Acknowledgment or proof of a deed or other instrument, to include the seal and the writing of the certificate: $15
Administering an oath or affirmation to one person: $15
Executing the jurat including the seal: $15
Notarize signatures on vote by mail ballot identification envelopes or other voting materials: No charge
United States military veteran’s application or claim for a pension, allotment, allowance, compensation, insurance, or any other veteran’s benefit (Section 6107): No charge
